SHILLONG: A young talent from Shangpung Khliehrangnah village in West Jaintia Hills district, Da-o-hi Sutnga, has secured a place in the final of India Talent Fight Season-6, which will be held in Uttarakhand on December 20, 2025.
Speaking to the media at the Shillong Press Club, All Meghalaya Dancer Association (AMDA) President Kit Thabah expressed happiness over Da-o-hi’s selection for the national-level competition. He said the contestant was shortlisted through an online audition after the event began with offline rounds in July.
Thabah informed that Da-o-hi has progressed to the final after competing with several participants from different states across the country, marking a significant achievement for Meghalaya.
Meanwhile, Da-o-hi also shared his excitement at being selected for the prestigious platform. He said it would be his first time competing outside the state and expressed hope of bringing pride and recognition to Meghalaya.
