Habitual Concert Trespasser Arrested After Tyga Incident at Shillong Cherry Blossom Festival

Notably, videos of all these trespassing incidents were uploaded by the vlogger on his own Instagram account.

SHILLONG: A vlogger, widely known online for repeatedly sneaking into high-profile concerts, was arrested on Thursday after allegedly breaching security at the Cherry Blossom Festival 2025—an incident that resulted in Hip-Hop artist Tyga being tripped on stage during his performance.

The vlogger, identified as Ramsey, reportedly entered the fanpit area by jumping the barricade before attempting to get onto the stage, triggering the chain of events that disrupted the show.

Police confirmed that Ramsey has a history of similar intrusions. He had previously managed to enter the Ed Sheeran concert in Shillong by posing as a security guard in a green vest and also breached security at the Coldplay concert in Mumbai. In 2024, he gained unauthorised entry into the Cherry Blossom Festival by slipping through a weak point in the fencing.

Notably, videos of all these trespassing incidents were uploaded by the vlogger on his own Instagram account, drawing widespread public attention.

Authorities said the young man has been booked under sections related to criminal trespass, endangering human life or personal safety, and criminal intimidation. He is a resident of Assam but currently staying in Shillong.

The arrest followed an FIR filed by the Security Team of the Cherry Blossom Festival 2025, who reported the breach and identified the individual involved.

Police have begun further investigation into the series of incidents linked to the vlogger’s online content and past actions.
